Novitiates to the Order will be invited to join the Knights of Saint Andrew in our Procession (the Friday night of the Guthrie Scottish Rite Reunion). Upon being initiated into the Order, they shall be titled “Squire” and shall be assigned to a Knight, under whom the Squire shall perform ten hours of service. Upon satisfactory completion of this service, the Squire shall return to be knighted at the next reunion, thus becoming a full member of the Knights of Saint Andrew.
